It is an interesting question and has been raised in the editorial of the June edition of the MARINE TIMES newspaper. Editor Mark McCarthy, writes under the heading: ‘I think the mood music has changed.’
Could things be getting better for an industry which has suffered a lot of damaging changes – decommissioning boats, the polite phrase from removing them from the fleet and destroying them – and from Brexit.
